Walmart said that Sam’s Club will open a flagship store in Shanghai in 2021, with a total building volume of about 70,000 square meters. It is the largest single building operated by Sam’s Club in China, and it is also the third store in Shanghai. The store is located in the Waigaoqiao New Port Area, China (Shanghai) Pilot Free Trade Zone. At present, Sam’s Club operate 26 stores in China, serving more than 2.8 million members.
